In this case, it’s the “Arlo Wire-Free.” The app then tells you to install the Arlo Base Station hub.

I have the Arlo Model VMB3000. Hello, is there a telephone help line that I may speak to someone in person. I have several questions that I would like help with and guided over the phone.
One of the cameras i installed is not covered. I taped a styrofoam tray on top of the camera to shield it from rain and snow. Do you have anything for cameras that are out in the open to shield from weather conditions. Also the weather here in Toronto, Canada reached -24 centigrades and I am concerned the batteries would freeze or malfunction. Also, this particular camera is in a dark area and not much light gets at the side of the houjse. How can i get more light so I can see at night who is walking. It is hard to distinguish faces.
I look forward to hearing from someone. We have the VMB3000 with 3 cameras and the INternet and Power lights are solid green. When i try to sync the cameras the light on the netgear flashes green for approx. 40 seconds and then is a sollid orange. I have replaced the batteries in the cameras and it still doesn't sync. The camera flashes blue and then there are red infrared lights on but still not synced. Our phone app staus say your base station os offline.
Check if it is powered up and connected to the internet. This is what is on the base station.
